2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the gz99 support team immediately.

All gz99 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds at gz99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, gz99 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if identity verification is in progress or if unusual transactions are suspected.

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Using third-party accounts for transactions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, gz99 may close the account and hold the funds.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on gz99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

gz99 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus offer carries its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or coordinated betting activity carried out with the intent of exploiting bonus offers is prohibited. gz99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus-related activity is detected.

All betting activity on gz99 is conducted under fair and transparent rules. The following rules apply to all users.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify all details carefully before confirming each bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet is incorrectly registered due to a technical error or system failure, gz99 reserves the right to void that bet. Unusually large winnings resulting from an error are not necessarily required to be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. All major tournaments, including international cricket (T20, ICC, BPL, IPL), are available on gz99.

6.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. The rules of each game are clearly displayed at each table. In the event of a dispute, system logs will be treated as the final evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gz99 platform:

• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using third-party payment accounts
• Coordinated betting with the intent of exploiting bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any kind of hacking tools
• Colluding with other users to violate platform rules
• Intentionally exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the game system
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
